Myself and some friends can be found in this painting! I am wearing a lifeguard hat, standing next to my french easel. The others are doing their daily routine activities such as skating, riding a bike or motorcycle, sitting along the wall, etc....these were my friends. It was a great time in my life!
About Paul Strahm
Since 1997, I have been working full time as a fine art professional of oil painting in the plein air genre. Taking my easel and paints to the outdoors, setting up and painting what I see. My style has evolved from a more rendering approach to painting with less detail and more brush stroke. Traveling to other cities, states and countries has "broadened my horizon."
