Description
Where once upon a time plein air painters would gather to paint the San Diego Bay from atop the wooden First Avenue Bridge in Bankers Hill, a small affluent community of San Diego. Today there is a brass bridge in this place and the traffic is speeding by so to paint this scene takes some ingenuity. But the view is still there!
