Bell towers toll and everyone hears it. The large palm tree in this painting has a front row seat. The lawn in the foreground is a graveyard! Yup, people are placed in canisters and lowered underground. The authorities of the church can show you a map of who and where they are taking their rest.

Since 1997, I have been working full time as a fine art professional of oil painting in the plein air genre. Taking my easel and paints to the outdoors, setting up and painting what I see. My style has evolved from a more rendering approach to painting with less detail and more brush stroke. Traveling to other cities, states and countries has "broadened my horizon." Different light, landscapes, architecture and culture bring new excitement to my work. Exhibiting in galleries, museums and art clubs have played a important role in my career.
